Around 40 km north of Churchill, the Seal River estuary is accessed only via remote wilderness lodges (Churchill Wild). One of the last places on Earth where genuine in-water snorkeling with wild belugas is still permitted — cows and calves are highly curious and often approach swimmers directly. Also combined with polar bear walking safaris on the tundra.
