The only place in the world where orcas practice 'intentional stranding' to hunt sea lion pups, beaching themselves at high tide to grab prey and wriggling back into the sea. Watching is land-based from the cliffs of Punta Norte (March-April) and Caleta Valdés / Punta Delgada (September-October). This behaviour is passed down between generations within specific pods.
