Etosha is one of the best places in the world to see black rhinos, especially at the floodlit Okaukuejo waterhole after dark. The desert-adapted black rhinos of the Kunene region further west roam huge distances and drink only every few days. Dry season (May-October) concentrates activity at the waterholes.
