Andasibe-Mantadia is Madagascar's most reliable indri destination, famous for close morning encounters and the species' haunting calls echoing through the rainforest. Indri can be found year-round, but the best overall wildlife-viewing balance is usually in the shoulder months of April, May, October and November, when conditions are manageable and activity remains strong.
